The Transition to College Mathematics and Statistics
(TCMS) Project was also funded by the National Science Foundation1.
The Project designed, developed, and evaluated student text materials,
teacher support materials, assessments, and computer software for
an innovative fourth-year capstone course for students whose intended
college program of studies would not require calculus. A detailed
timeline of Project activities follows.
